I had 2 visits to Cactus healthcare for significant pain in my left hip and leg. Unfortunately, I left both appointments still in considerable pain, and didn't feel there was much improvement or direction provided. After my second, I had to call the office myself to get the results my X-ray. I was not contacted about them. When I called, I was told I have arthritis in my left hip- something I was already aware of- but I did not receive any further explanation or detailed treatment plan. Brings me in for 5 minutes to tell me it’s chiggers. Go back home week later it’s fungal. Old lady was firm and stubborn on it being chiggers I knew it wasn’t right. Also charged me over 200$ just to tell me it’s chiggers with a miss diagnosis, also only being their for 10 minutes. Place is horrible. Well the old lady is at least

Called Thursday 9/12/24 to see about getting a prescription refill and was told that the nurse will call me back to see what can be done because they want me coming in for another blood draw for the second time when I only go and do that once a year. Waited all afternoon Thursday and all day Friday for a call back and received nothing! And I am out of my medication. Thanks Cactus Clinic! 🙄

Eileen was very knowledgeable, personal, and helpful. I would recommend her anytime you are ill. The clinic was very accommodating on getting seen and was efficient and friendly with scheduling, follow-up, and test results.

Very friendly and kind staff , starting from the receptionist all the way around to checkout time. Very pleased with my experience, will definitely be using their service again.
