I will give this company "Zero" rating. Cactus Garage Door is most dishonest company in Las Vegas area. Do not bother calling them. My American Home Shield Warranty Company sent Cactus Garage Door Company to repair the non working Garage Door Opener which was under warranty. Technician from Cactus went to my home, and told me over the phone that, screws are missing, side guide rails are loose, and abused and repair is not covered by warranty and he told me that, I will have to pay $700 from my pocket to cover the repair. Had to replace our garage door opener. A young man named, BRANDON came to our home and was so professional and friendly. He replaced the garage door opener and took the time to explain how the new one worked. We are seniors, and he was so respectful. DID A TERRIFIC JOB. What a wonderful person. I wish the world had more people like Brandon. HE IS THE BEST. if you need a garage door or opening replaced, Brandon is the man.
