The salesperson who came and took measurements apparently had a falling out with the owner and left the company before getting back to me to install the treatments I ordered. It took months for the owner to find my details and follow up with me, at which point he had to sublet the install work to his buddy who operates his own window treatment business called Drill n’ Hang. This blind store doesn't even exist, they closed 8 years ago. They are still on the internet. What a joke, don't people update the internet and get rid of old advertisements.
Ron is the man! I had a spring pin break on a shutter pane. He took the time to help me figure out what and how to fix it over the phone. Then, he went above and beyond and met me to give me the replacement part. All out of his own time and effort. True service and integrity. Definitely recommend!
