Not only is Cackle & Oink one of the best BBQ's in the Texoma region but the entire USA! It's a REAL experience not to be missed! The food, people, and unique country atmosphere will beckon to you to return! Wow is an understatement! We'd love to transplant this restaurant to Oregon but that would be a real loss for Texas.....so we'll just dream and drool back home on the Oregon coast!
My wife and I stopped off at Cackle & Link BBQ on our way from Shreveport, Louisiana to Oklahoma and I have to say that was the single best brisket sandwich that I have ever had. We loved the place and thoroughly enjoyed the staff.

Visiting from Denver and had lunch at C&O today, great food and friendly service! Sauces and sides were great as well.... nicely done on the pit bbq and look forward to the next visit.
Absolutely love this place! The best "cackle and oink" in Texas by my vote! And their jalapeno corn bread is to die for!
