Jamie’s dental cleaning service was great!
Heart warming and provide excellent service. From front desk to the dental cleaning.
Receptionist was rude. I had an emergency with my kid the same day at school, was rushing around and forgot to call and cancel. She was very mean, and spoke rudely and charged 50$ cancellation fee. I wouldn’t even mind the fee, but just how rude she was, with total disregard for my child and me, was unacceptable. If you cannot be professional and compassionate, you shouldn’t be working in customer facing roles.
