I walked in a couple of months ago and was immediately unsatisfied. Nobody greeted me, they didnt ask what I wanted to get done or anything. They just look at me and kept working. I sat there for about 15 minutes to see if they would eventually greet me and they never did. I got up and left and went to my normal nail salon. I have a friend who used to get her nails done here and she always spoke highly of this place. I was so disappointed because her nails always look so good.
Terrible pedicures....rushed service for the price!!! Won't be back!!!
I am only giving this place 4 stars due to limited staff, and a longer wait time than usual. However, the quality of work is AWESOME so I guess in return it was worth the wait! I will def be returning to this place! The girl who did my pedicure did an awesome job!
This place is a hidden gem, I love their services and the quality of work is excellent. I have always went to Cachet in Charlotte before realizing Gastonia had one (they’re not affiliated) I asked. I will forever be a customer with Cachet in Gastonia! I have now informed the ladies at work and family members about Cachet. I love my ombré nails, and I can’t wait to try some of their designs.
