Terrible customer service and experience. I booked an appointment for 5:30 on Friday, 5 days in advance. Two hours before, I received a text saying the tech had an emergency and could reschedule. I explained I had a flight out of town due to my father’s passing and needed to be with family. They offered Andy to do my nails, and I agreed. I arrived on time after they changed my time to 5:45. Tina does beautiful and thorough work! Salon has a calm and inviting atmosphere with very attentive and friendly staff.
I have been going to cachet for years. Janny puts pure art on my nails every time! I have also gotten pedicures from many different people and enjoyed them every time….everyone is so friendly and professional and the color options are endless. definitely recommend!
