Came in at 12:20pm, waited until 3:30pm on Friday to discover all staff had left except one receptionist. The lights were turned off, the staff (except 1 receptionist) and and the doctor had already left despite me having an appointment, i was forgotten about due to a serious administrative error. If anything bad were to happen to me in the examination room in the back of the clinic, they would be liable as I had ran out of water and did not have anything to eat, not even lunch or a snack. Long wait times. The receptionist said that she can fit my daughter in to see the doctor before the office closes at 1pm. My daughter arrived before 12:30pm on Friday, June 18 and was put in a room for the doctor to see her. The receptionist left my daughter in the room and forgot about her. The doctor left and she had no doctor to see. She was still in the room when the office was closed with no doctor to see. Really bad clinic from the manager to front desk to doctor!! The doctor I experienced was not professional at all! It’s a toxic environment and culture there. The doctor just wants to swipe your green card for money and process you in 2 minutes, she doesn’t want to treat you at all. Avoid coming here if you have a choice. I found a doctor with compassion and treating my whole family professionally, he’s very kind. Just leave this place and you will find a better clinic.
