Dr.Shi is a great family doctor! Booking appointments is easy, I usually can see her within a week, and if it’s urgent I usually see her within a day. She listens and refers you to specialists without much hassle, which I greatly appreciate.
I have been a patient of Dr Lindzon for many many years, In fact a few years ago now he had to call at 10 o’clock at night to tell me I had Cancer, he said we are in a battle but it’ll be ok ..it was He got me thru that Cancer and a few minor surgeries His network of Dr’s he referred me to is second to none His calls like it is, to me personally i appreciate that
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kara’s for over 25 years and I honestly cannot give enough praise for this wonderful Doctor! Dr. Kara has always gone above and beyond; she listens, she hears me and her diagnostic skills are the best of the best. Dr Kara genuinely cares for her patients. Vanessa, the secretary, is consistently dismissive and unaccommodating to clients. She does not take the time to listen to patients’ concerns or history and seems to make decisions based on her own judgment. Every time I call this clinic, it turns into a frustrating argument just to book an appointment. They also refuse to refer patients to other available walk-in doctors, which is incredibly unreasonable. I’ll definitely be looking for a better clinic with more respectful and patient-focused staff.
