I have had a problem with our roof rattling in the corner, Ive been reporting it for 7 (yes Seven) years, so far we have had Tim come round and listen to it from ground level, its a double story. But no more progress than that Im afraid, apart from agreeing that its really noisy.I await the outcome. Hopefully Cliff can reply. Still no progress on my roof repair, I reported it on the original fault reporting form when the house was handed over, 7 plus years ago.
