I have worked with multiple builders over the years, so can speak with personal experience about the quality of Cachet Homes construction. It is vastly superior and I would happily invite anyone interested in a Cachet Home to have a conversation about some of the major benefits and differences I have found. An unfortunate experience I had with another builder related to insulation and the fact that it was omitted from the entire home. Neither the ceiling nor the walls had any in them at all. Consequently, the home had to be ... read more

We built a house in 2024 with cachet homes. We are over a year in and will say that their quality in the Arizona area is incomparable to the competition - and a true stand out. If you are building a new home, build with cachet. We moved from Chicago to Arizona and last second found a model of our dreams. Their floor plans and attention to living/design makes for a perfect modern plan. We selected a ranch style home with 4 bedrooms as it would be perfect for our family. we met Stephanie in sales. Stephanie was the reason we w... read more

Nice People but very difficult to deal with when you have issues. Hot water heater did not work properly from the beginning and it took them months to repair. Multiple visits before they agreed to replace the entire unit. Light fixture fell off in the garage 2-3 weeks after we moved in the new house and landed on the hood of my new vehicle. They wanted me to file it on my own insurance and they would pay the deductible. They agreed to pay but then acted like they were doing me a favor. If they show up for repairs, it’s likel... read more

Avoid Cachet. We had previously built with David Weekley in the same exact neighborhood and it was a pretty seamless experience (ie the DW sales team worked with us to resolve any issues successfully, the DW employees were kind). Cachet was the opposite. It was miserable. Do not trust anything they say verbally- get everything in writing no matter how reassuring they are about it. There were multiple mishaps by the builder along the way with no resolution/accountability. Constantly they would promise one thing and go back on... read more

We bought a Cachet home in Grayhawk in 2018. The home was built in 2002 and there were about 60 homes built in Renaissance. Fast forward to today, while doing our remodel, we have had to replace ALL of our windows and above and below nearly every one of them, was black mold. This was due to improper sheathing and flashing on the original construction and sub standard windows. We even had mold in the kitchen walls and behind the hood. To add insult to injury, the sewer line under our living room had to be dug up because there... read more
