Called ahead for an appointment for a perm, but because it was not written down as such in the schedule, I just got a cut. My hair was previously long, thick and cut straight across. I asked for a V cut and to get rid of split ends. As a result, the length is not an issue, but I have some uneven layers and my hair now feels very thin. It is considered straggly when tied up when it previously would not fit into a claw clip. Fanny used the hair thinning scissors far too liberally. Cost was $40.
I have been going to different hair salons, Cachet would be the only one that keeps us coming back. Fanny and her team are very patient about consulting the right style for us. We love the new style and the service.
Fanny always did a great job for my hair cut and coloring. I have been with her more than 8 years . She did amazing job every time !
