Michael Wilkinson and his staff were amazing to work with. I was very apprehensive about getting my wisdom teeth out, but they made sure to take care of me at an affordable price. They took the time to reach out to me to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend their service to anyone that is in need.

Worst experience I’ve had in my entire life. I got a dry socket after wisdom teeth extraction. Called the office and Jennifer was the one helping me. Never experienced worse customer service. I had never taken an opioid before. But it wasn’t working for me (exposed nerve.. dry socket). She immediately said she couldn’t prescribe anything stronger like I was some sort of addict. I have had two children visit Dr. Michael Wilkinson regarding both jaw alignment and implants, and I have been extremely impressed with his bedside manner. He is very respectful and takes time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer all of my questions. I have not experienced this level of care with many doctors. I have great confidence in his knowledge and skills. He has done excellent work for our family.

I was never given any kind of information about costs. They never told me the appointment would be billed towards my insurance (my mistake not asking). I would have appreciated greater transparency on what was going on behind those counters. I called to explain my frustrating and ended up getting hung up on she was done talking to me. Very very nice people. Just a lack of transparency in my opinion.
