The doctors at this clinic are good, but the staff and customer service are extremely disappointing. They never provide information on time, especially regarding lab results and medication refills. The nurses don’t answer the phone, and when you finally reach someone, they are unhelpful and dismissive because they never call you back for an answer. Ryan and his clinic have been very helpful to my wife and I. They take their time with answering our questions and requests. P.S. Angela needs a raise!

Terrible, I went there to get a physical for work and paid cash. They still ended up billing my insurance. I called their billing department and they said that they’ll refund what I paid but they never did. I understand that they are for profit but they can do a better job pretending to care for their patients. Update: refund received two years later.
