I’ve been to this location twice, and both times the front desk staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. That alone made the experience uncomfortable. My appointment with Ben also felt rushed, and I did not feel like my concerns about medication were really being heard or taken seriously. I use to love coming to dr. Carr, I still go because of ANGELA SHES THE BEST SHES HELPFUL SHES FRIENDLY SHE ALWAYS SOLVES MY PROBLEMS. Celeste and Erika in the front are not friendly they make me feel very uncomfortable going there now. No one picks up the phone ever I will call and call so I decided to drive to the clinic from hyrum when I got there not one person in the office. Erika was just sitting there. We have been going here for years and love this place! We know the staff quite well and they have always been very professional and friendly. Our family feels very comfortable being with Health West and will be here for as long as we can!
