HealthWest has provided me with very kind, personable care as a new patient. They have a sliding scale payment system that has allowed me to continue my necessary medical care in Cache Valley. Receptionist, Angela, & Dr. Carr have been very helpful. Thank you!
The doctors at this clinic are good, but the staff and customer service are extremely disappointing. They never provide information on time, especially regarding lab results and medication refills. The nurses don’t answer the phone, and when you finally reach someone, they are unhelpful and dismissive because they never call you back for an answer.
