Great place if you love cat pee and poop everywhere!! If you always want the smell of cat poop and pee, then ask for the apartments where there is cat litter under the stairs for a pure concentrated smell of an always dirty cat box. Some of the amazing tenants feed the strays ( making them dependant) but take no responsibility for them. All appliances are from HD are reconditioned and no warranty for tenant. All dysfunctional, broken plastic..leaks. under kitchen sink wires for DW are laying in water. New stove has loose gasket around oven door,so when it's on you cant touch the outside because of the heat, takes about 4 hrs to cook a 2 lb roast. Me and my family have lived here for the last 12 years and we've had previous managers but up until recent. What kind of a property manager doesn't show up on weekdays to collect rent especially when it's the first week of the month. Annual inspections were done in my unit but none of the projects that they marked off that they said they were going to do, hence the only things they fixed was the two leaks in my hallway bathroom and that was it which I felt took forever to get addressed. Audrey Barber screwed this place up. She did nothing. Zara did nothing still nothing‘s done. I’ve been waiting almost 2 years to have my stuff fixed. I have a wet wall in my bedroom and they’ve done nothing daylight around my doors.
