Management sucks. They don’t fix anything when they do. It’s never fixed right there’s toxic black mold everywhere. I’ve been waiting three years to get my apartment fixed so now I’m suing them.
The place was better when Danial was in office
Just when I thought things were finally starting to get better… Bring back the new younger gentleman who was working in the office. He actually listened to my concerns and genuinely showed that he cared. And guess what, after months, almost a full year of taking cold showers, I finally got my hot water heater working. That’s damn near torture. Don’t Move Here!
TERRIBLE OWNERS PAY FOR NO REPAIRS. The property is completely dilapidated and falling apart everywhere you look. I don't know how anyone could actually live here and feel okay about paying them any rent each month. Honestly someone from the state should come in and start issuing the management fines for expired permits and building code violations. Not to mention the discrimination within the office and their application process that violates fair housing laws. Shame on FPI / Asset Management and shame on these owners. Bein... read more
