I was disappointed after taking my van in today. I took it in at 9 and was told it would take until 10:30. When arriving at 10:15 it hadn’t even moved from the spot I parked it. I paid $55 for the inside to be cleaned which turned out to be a quick vacuum and wash of the dash. Clearly that shouldn’t cost $55. It was still dirty when I got in. **UPDATE: CACHE CAR WASH HAS CONTACTED ME AND HAS 100% TAKEN CARE OF ME AND MY CAR. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY AND A COMPANY WHO NOT ONLY STANDS BEHIND ANY ISSUES THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE BUT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO REACH OUT AND TO MAKE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED IS A COMPANY I WANT TO CONTINUE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO.
