Extremely frustrating experience, came in for a repair on my slideout paid for diagnosing said it was a wire harness that needed to be ordered said 1-2 weeks didnt recieve follow up when part had been in for over a week. Finally got scheduled and when repair was happening got a call that the wiring harness was not bad and they needed to replace the motor. Talked with manger on pick up and was told tough luck we couldn't diagnosis right the first time so what should have cost $ 175 + motor $450 and 2 hours I was charged 4.5 h... read more
