I have had nothing but great things to say about Cache Bank, now owned by Mountain Valley until today. This morning I called to open a CD over the phone as we no longer reside in Greeley. Your “personal banker” Maria Flores, took my information and said she would get back to me through email to sign the documents. Within an hour she called to inform me they were short staffed and she wouldn’t have time to squeeze me in today, she would work on it next week. The personal service that we receive from this bank is so impressive. Sam Summers is always quick to respond to emails and is on top of every request we make. Can't say enough nice things about MVB.
