Very thorough and friendly! Nice ambiance not too loud. Ivy did a great job so if I'm ever in a bind between nail appointments I'll visit them again!

I came in for 2 pedicures, 1 nail extensions and a manicure for my friend. The staff is really sweet and takes their time with you, which I appreciated. I asked for double chrome line French tips for my birthday nails - $85 set. They did the design, but the chrome started lifting the same day. I went back the next day to get them fixed since these were for my birthday. They were happy to help and offered to switch to cat eye with the same design. Amazing nail shop!!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No matter how late you come in to closing they never rush. Violet did my nails! She was amazing and took time to perfect my nails!
Called and asked if they’re busy, they said there’s no wait. Showed up 10 min later and just wanted a basic manicure (no dip/gel, and my nails had nothing on them.) He seated me, and I sat there for over 20 min. When he walked by I asked if he knew how much longer, and he said 20 more min and brushed me off. I left.
