Our Gap program sent the dealership a check, that the dealership is suppose to refund back to us. This was in april. They claimed they never received it. So, Gap resent it back in july. Guy claims they didn’t receive it and now i’m 100% being ignored and can’t get a text response from the dude and no one at the dealership answers the phone. Do not do business with them. I purchased a car from these guys some time ago and I paid with my cash app. After some few months, I was shocked to see a debit of $991 from my account from nowhere. I contacted them to refund my money but they did not respond and I also sent a refund request.You need to be careful of them. I am surely going to small claims to get my money back.
