Incapable and unprofessional property managers who will not return any phone call or email you send them - even in an emergency. Please go with any other property company because this place is a joke.
We switch to CAC because of the wonderful meetings with Jeff and the services he presented to our board that CAC would provide. The transition was rocky, and our expectations based on our conversations with Jeff were not being met. I tried many many times to meet with Jeff to get everyone on the same page as to what we should expect and hopefully get the relationship back on track. I’ve been dealing with Mauro trying to get him to do his job and it’s like pulling teeth. For whatever reason the HOA building I live in is stuck with this company and Mauro is completely incompetent and make no progress on the job he’s supposed to be doing.. Weeks and weeks go by and no real progress. I could do it one day what he does in two months. Seriously get your act together and do better. The entire building seems to hate this company.
