I had an outstanding experience with Cabrillo Plumbing from beginning to end. They installed a heat pump water heater in my garage. The technicians, Fernando and Erick, could not have been more professional, hard-working and communicative. They were always on time and proactively provided me updates on their progress. We had the best experience with Cabrillo! They saved us when another provider installed a water heater that led to a gas leak. They came immediately, were so professional, had the best customer service, and, most importantly, were trustworthy and did a great job with the installation. Robert performed the job. Could not recommend more highly.

First time having my home systems serviced (AC, tankless water heater and furnace). Both Sal and Matthew are friendly, courteous and professional. Sal answered all my initial questions and booked by service right away. And Matthew was very polite and I hardly noticed he was there while he did his job. Showed me what he did at the end and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.
