Dealing with roaches, they are refusing to believe this place is infested with roaches, I keep my place extremely clean, I am a caregiver so I clean other people’s houses of course I keep my house pretty clean and still I have roaches and the manager doesn’t seem to think it is a big deal, this is after the exterminator sprayed 3 times but just my house obviously the treatment isn’t working, this problem is bigger than just my little apartment.

My wife and I lived here for about a year and a half. For the majority of that time, we had a roach infestation, confirmed by pest control to be caused by a neighbor. Gabriela just had me have the pest control guys do sprayings of my unit for months. Obviously, this did not fix the issue, and it only got worse. Apartment manager is an actual nightmare human. Had so many issues with her being insanely rude and condescending, blaming me from messes in the hallway that I did not make and she charged us a ton of money for this mess that we apparently made I asked her to pull the video footage and obviously she never would or else she would’ve seen that we didn’t make this so-called mess —- just one of the many problems. Not worth the semi affordable rent offered at this place I would avoid it at all cost if I could go back.
They have underground parking but make it unaffordable and force the residents to public park. They clog the streets and never pick up after pets. Embarrassing place to live.
