It’s true that they are hard to be reached, but my claim went thru after one month and they assist me after I keep calling over and over. It is a Legit insurance company, but the cons is that they are hard to reach.

This is a very bad insurance agency. This rude people will use any excuse to rip you off. They demand to be paid a whole year ahead for auto insurance.They charge you to take your payment, and they charge huge amounts for policy cancellation, and when they finally send you whatever they decide to give you back for your unused premium, there is a hidden charge for cashing their checks. Be aware.
Rude Agent, disconnected me as soon as I said I have a question regarding my insurance, and will not give me instructions on how to cancel my membership, you're website is not showing any FAQ's as well on how to cancel, such a bad service , I'm switching over to triple A
DO NOT TRUST THIS INSURANCE!!! They will cancel your policy and not tell but still send you a bill, and when trying to pay it, your policy will not be found!!! Will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
Worst Insurance Company in History. Rude, racist, unprofessional employees. A thousand year claim process, doesn't return messages for weeks. I have contacted the Department of Insurance Commissioners Office and filed my complaint. If your reading this and frustrated from being jerked around by Tidewater Pacific Adjuster's you should too...
Your phone numbers listed are all wrong and your website to make payment option is not user friendly at all... Why does it keep telling me to enter a space between my first and last name when obviously I am?? I was not able to make my payment thus causing Cancellation of my policy.. Not happy
