RecommendedFeeling awesome having been able to make it to the gym today. You know my purpose and motivation has evolved over the past 15+ years I've been a member here at Cabrillo Fitness. My goals were youthful physic, strength & agility. Today, what's important is mobility and to minimize arthritic pain. However, what is nice to see all of the facility improvements that membership dues are being applied to. Best gym I've been member of,..hands down.

I like the pool the two Jacuzzis the killer steam room the sauna and plenty of machines and open workout space. This place has it all. I drive from the other side of town because I prefer it

Super friendly trainers, lots of great equipment and fun classes. There's a pool, saunas, steam room and hot tub. One of my favorite Toadal Fitness gyms. No matter what type of person or athlete you'll be stoked.
