Called to make an appointment and was hung up just as reached number 1 in the queue. Called back made headway and they placed me on hold to verify my medical insurance and waited 40 mintes and no one every got back to me. Seems the system is overwhelmed . Making appointments on scotus ucla works well and allows you to make or break or cancel appointments maybe its time to put in a system that works
