Initially, I contacted another roofer for some repairs, but it took them more than 3 weeks just to reply about an appointment. By that time, I had already reached out to another roofing company. They managed to come over and provide me with an estimate on a monday, discussed the parts that needed replacing, and pointed out that none of the pipes protruding through the roof had any sealant (a potential future leak that could cause damage to my house). In the midst of an unceasing downpour, our experience with Cabrera & Sons Roofing was excellent. They started the roofing job and managed to remove the old roof and lay the plastic underlay before the expected 30% chance of rain turned into a 5-day storm.
