Rick was here in a flash to give us a quote and a date. We had to reschedule and his son Michael became our contact. He came to see the job and agreed to honor the original quote. We agreed to a date, emptied out the first floor (no small task), made a plan to be away for the week (no cheap thing) and Michael NEVER showed up. We left repeated, polite messages and he GHOSTED us. Not a word. This company might have a great reputation and a great review score of five stars but when you call a company to offer them to give them money to come to a job and don't even get a phone call back it's pretty ridiculous obviously won't be recommending this company to anybody

They installed about 1400 SF in the home I just purchased. Beyond impressed with the workmanship and the price was fair. Showed up when he said he would. Finished when he said he would. You will not be disappointed!
