WORST RENTAL HOME COMMUNITY EVER!!!!! Maintenance ignores you, the rent goes up monthly and they call it "water reconciliation". No A/C for weeks at a time in the summer, poor heat in the winter. The siding is falling off and now I'm pretty sure something crawled in and is currently living in my attic.The best part? It's $1200 a month to live in this shit hole. Worst apartment complex I've ever lived. Moved in the end of June. Had issues with smells coming from the carpets that we believe they used a heavy scented spray to cover before our walk through. Told them of these issues, and they consistently blamed our dogs. 2 months later of hassling them weekly, they finally come to lift the carpets to find MOLD growth. Holes in screens, and other issues that have taken multiple attempts to get them fixed. Ridiculous. Will be moving when lease is up. Would not recommend to ANYONE!
No major issues, currently working out a service order problem.
