Zero Stars – Horrible Experience! DO NOT buy from Capital (formerly Cabot) Ford! We bought a brand-new hybrid Ford F-150 for around $100K (after +7yr warranty/+6yr maintenance package added), expecting it to be a reliable and safe vehicle for our family, especially for our child. What a mistake! Every 320 kilometers, they expect us to bring it back for yet another inspection as it is currently on "oil watch". It's absolutely ridiculous. We had an excellent experience when purchasing our Lincoln last week. The sales rep Darrell was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to find us a vehicle that really suits my style and needs. So far it is a pleasure to drive and we cannot wait to use our Lincoln for many drives to the Hockey rink.
