I've lived here for 5 years. Mostly just the normal issues for an older place. Starting this year they gave me a notice saying I hed to remove everything from the kitchen and even to cabinets for some new yearly pest inspection. If I didn't they would fine me 75 dollars. I vacated the house on February 24th knowing that my rent would end on March 25th and I left some things in the house and I was paying the amount . and when I went to take the things they rented the house and I will sue you .
