Understanding and kind
The location has been very nice and quiet, and the office staff is friendly and very helpful. But I have to say that it has deteriorated due to noisy neighbors. Their homes are so dirty that cockroach and other insect infestations have spread. I hope the community improves and they rent to more responsible people. Do you know the ICE number?
Les recomiendo a todos los futuros residentes no alquilar en este sitio, al principio te tratan muy bien para que alquiles, luego vienen los problemas, para las reparaciones se tardan demasiado y si vas a reclamar es donde el personal de la oficina cambia y comienza a tratar mal a los inquilinos, ademas en mi caso personal tengo 5 multas por no tener la casa preparada para fumigacion... esta bien que sea 2 veces al año pero todas las semanas? es imposible para familias que todos laboramos todo el día...
