I’m sure, at some point, this place was nice and unique. However, that is not the case at the present time. We must have been the first to rent this season. Needs an exterminator, inside and out! We were met with numerous spiders and bugs. The cabooses alone would cause the place to be shut down. So much mold and mildew in windows and air conditioning units. Spiders too numerous to mention. I stayed here as a child in the Seventies. Then my brother and I took our kids here. Several years ago. We told the kids Ghost stories around the fire about these crazy dolls. What a great time. It brings back so many great times. Thanks
It was a great time. Comfortable esp for a caboose. Water was great people friendly. Definitely will be going back..

We stayed here June 22nd-25th, we loved it. The Caboose we stayed in was very clean. The water was up a little bit, but did not detract from all the fun we had. My husband and I thought we would have to book a few shows in Branson just in case the kids got bored, never happened, our kids did not want to leave after we got there. Thank you Pat and Will for an amazing vacation!
