I moved to Brisbane from N.Ireland and I decided to finally start looking for an MT09. I looked online and found one that had everything I wanted. Exhaust system, tail tidy custom mirrors etc… I decided to stop by on my way to noosa for my birthday, not planning on actually getting it that day. Gday people, I have brought my bike to Caboolture Yamaha to have a back tyre valve change, had dropped it early in the morning for it to be looked at the same day, and be collected, spoke with Alex he did say he couldn’t find any air leaks, or nothing and had hoped the problem was fixed, brought my bike home and checked the valve piece to find the valve peice it self is still freely moving which in hopes gasket sealant was going to fix the problem. Took my bike to get serviced, gave it back to me with the stand sensor wire stuck between the chain witch chewed the wire and make the sensor to fail. Good shop just bad service centre. Service your bike elsewhere
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Had my bike for a month, completely misdiagnosed the issue and still charged me for everything they replaced while handing me back a broken bike. Also had no oil or coolant in the bike. Wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone
I had a fantastic experience at Yamaha Caboolture thanks to Alek. Even though it was a busy Saturday, he went above and beyond to help me out with my bike forks. It’s rare to find someone so willing to jump in and assist with a smile on their face during the weekend rush. Super helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly service.
