Took our RAM2500 in for a front wheel suspension issue. Shane went out of his way to get parts in quickly, fix the issue, did a tyre rotation and wheel alignment and got us back on the road. Being full time travellers this sort of “walk in” service is amazing and a credit to Shane and Stacey. Fantastic service and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Bloke who owns it was rude, didn't actually do what was asked, and when I asked for work to be completed I was told I'd have to wait, so I did. Only made it about 3km from their workshop when the car had shocking headphones and ended up in oncoming traffic. Turned out that he hadn't done my panhard bolt up, not even finger tight. Can't leave negative stars for someone that tried to kill me through negligence but yeah, go anywhere else.
I highly recommend Shane and his team. They sorted out my steering issues and replaced the necessary parts. Shane even took the time to show me under my vehicle and explain what was happening and why. A great business and team 👍🏻
