They were great to start then after about a year they just disappeared with no word. Left msgs no reply. The actual guy who mowed was awesome. The owner never gave me notice on an ETA on the mow days as I requested when I hired them. I was forever messaging to find out where they were. Very upsetting to just be dropped with no conversation at all.
l have been a client for a few years, l hve had a few issues over the years but in the last 6 weeks, you cant get hold of them either by phone or messenger, l think they flew off to Harvey Bay and forgot about their normal clients, bad mistake, YOUR FIRED
