The food was horrible. My son and I ordered the carne asada tacos and the carne asada was though and was mostly chopped cartilage, and on top of that it had no flavor. Needless to say I got sick immediately after. The server on the other hand was amazing.

Had some lunch there after a long day of travel. Food was actually a lot better than expected for a corporate big name restaurant. Good vibe sitting outside on a warm afternoon, people watching was top notch. Our server Dan was great, very professional which is honestly a lost art in food service these days and VERY attentive. I told him off the bat that I’d kill for a Diet Coke and he came back with two and kept them both full for the rest of our meal. Cabo Wabo's a great place to have a nightly drink. It isn't exactly "cheap", but if you know what you're getting into at Vegas, you'll find it very average in terms of prices. The ambience was great: good music, everyone was happy and well behaved, the staff were nice to us, the decoration was neat, and the host was super kind to our requwst of sitting on the outside tables: Standouts to me were the service: Cristina was a dear, super fun vibe, gave us the best recommendations, was fast and efficient, and she speaks Spanish ... read more

Cabo Wabo has awsome food. I had the short rib enchiladas and the meat was so tender and flavorful. My wife went for burger and it was exactly how she requested it. The drinks were great and we had a wonderful time. Leander was are server and he took great care of our whole table. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wanted great food and enjoyable environment. Music rocked as well.
