Me and family moved in with a 6 month lease on the top floor which was a pain especially with groceries almost paying 100o$ a month for a 3bdrm 2 bath. We had a problem the3rd month paying rent Bc we payed the first 2 months when we signed the lease. we didn’t have a wips account and the office was closed so we had to pay late fees which sucked.
