The leaf blowing which is extremely loud is completely annoying and non stop. There is no reason to need this done on the daily . Most often the guy that’s doing it hangs out right outside my window and just stands there for long periods of time . If you are not a dog person don’t move here because everyone has one . I am a dog person but it’s a bit too much here …definitely not a restful place . Also there are constant mold issues due to the area and also how the buildings were made. Horrible, LOUD, doing maintenance every single day starting at 7 am. Every single day without fail, leaf blowers, trimmers, weed wackers, saws, generators, wood chippers, every thing you name it. Every day is a different LOUD mechanical noise. Starts at 7 am, ends at 5 pm. You won’t have a single day of peace or quiet here. Never had this problem so persistent anywhere else. I will be moving out somewhere far away and not looking back.
Lack communication skills
Worst HOA EVER! Hard to get them to repair anything and then they higher sub par contractors. Termite infestation, you have that off the water to entire building to do repairs in your own unit (approx 100 per hour) Needs paint, light fixtures ect
