We bought a house from this builder last month. When we moved in, we had several problems, small and large. It took them over a month to fix them all but one. The elevator is still not working. We have called and emailed many times and they are not returning our calls. We contacted the fire department for their inspection and they cannot clear the inspection until the builder finishes it. So here we are almost 2 months after we bought the house and we cannot still use the elevator. This is unacceptable.
Showed up yesterday at my property's northern boundary with earth moving equipment and broke my fence. Never received a notice of rezoning in the mail. Not pleased at all. Photos in comments.
