Alan Cablik Enterprises is the best. Their ability to select land, implement a modern design and build single family homes, apartment dwellings and town homes is unprecedented. The areas of town they choose are all in the most vibrant parts of Atlanta, too. Great company to work with and purchase from!
I had a client who purchased a new construction townhome at the Moderns in Kirkwood a few weeks ago. It was a long road and it was the developer's first project in Atlanta. If it were not for Cablik and the relationships they have, I am not sure we would have closed. It was long road for several months and I cannot thank Cablik and their project manager enough! Great team to work with, we did a project in fulton industrial and it was executed flawlessly and on budget. They were much better priced than the louder competitors.
