I dropped my 2020 Jeep Compass off for the 2nd time to have a seal replaced on the rear differential of the car I just bought not 5 months ago. It has been 6 days to just now find out that the whole rear differential needs to be replaced because the seal isnt doing its job. The loaner car is only free for two days and $45 every day till I return it. The tech sent me a video on Wednesday that he wanted to replace the rear diff but was told no.
