Knowledgeable and very service oriented.
Drove in to shop Saturday mid morning with no appointment. Ivan quickly assisted, great communication and honest about wait time but said they would get to it. Through the wait time and through diagnostic he provided updates about issue and timing. Able to diagnose, fix and test. No issues since completed.
