John Posey deserves the Nobel Prize for customer service. He took it in stride when my key remote turned out to be lost in the street at my mailbox. He honored pictures of coupons I forgot to bring. And he arranged for our trailblazer to be dropped off instead of making us come back and pick it up. Never acted flustered. Went out of his way to make the whole service appointment effortless for us. Give this guy a bonus!!!
