Awful awful awful! Sales and Financing are terrible. They are extremely slow and slowest I have ever experienced. They are always "working the numbers" for you so expect to be waiting for hours. If you do get a deal worked expect financing to "shotgun" your credit app to 20+ banks, which makes a nice dent in your Credit Score. Save yourself some time and money and go to McCarthy. Do not buy a car from this company. It took them three mouths to get me the title for my car I bought from them. In the mean time while I was wating to get my title for the car I had to make my payment to them and they gave me dealer tags to drive on. I asked if that was leagal and they told me that it was. Well I got polled over in the mean time and given a ticket from a cop and he told me that it was not leagle and I ended up have to pay a big fine for not having my car tag right pluse the coast of tagging my car. Actual sales staff tend to be friendly and helpful, but watch out for the "closer" who determines the final numbers. We were lied to about interest rates, and when we pointed out that the stated rate differed from what we had been told, the "closer" explained "the interest rate applies to maintenance plan you purchased only, not for the price of the car".
