What a wonderful car buying experience. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and nice. Marty, my sales advisor, was patient, a great source of information. I've always driven a Mercedes. Marty made sure that I knew everything about the Cadillac I was buying. It was stress free.
We worked with Al Castillo at the dealership. He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We drove an hour and a half to see a vehicle and would definitely go again just to work with Al. Great asset to Cable Dahmer!!
Went to look at a car that was posted on 2 different sites for the same price. I was also looking to trade my car in, also. When the man came back with the price it suddenly was $4000 more than what each site said. I was told that you had to meet certain criteria in order for it to be the advertised price. Then on my trade they were going to give me a negative dollar amount. The car, according to KBB and NADA was pricing the car considerably less than what the dealer was asking for it. I put a $1,000 deposit on a custom ordered 2024 XT4 back on Aug 11th, 2023. As of today, Jan 10th, 2024 I had call to find out what the status since nobody has been in contact with me since I placed the order and all the guy can tell me is that the order wasn't even placed until Oct and apparently the wrong year car was ordered initially. He indicated that the system says the build is "on hold" but couldn't tell me why or when I could expect the vehicle I ordered.
