I've never had a problem until now. Took my car in because they forgot to reset my "oil life" after the oil change. I asked the guy if he could also have my air pressure checked in the tires, because I was getting ready to travel to Dallas. I ended up with a flat tire, a cracked rim and engine light on ...stuck in Oklahoma City, having to spend my travel money. So disappointed in the service I recvd at Cable Dahmer Cadillac 😞
I bought 4 Michelin tires from this place before. I stopped by for tire rotation. My tires still have thread left and it has been a while since I have not had tire rotation. I know I will need to purchase new tires within a year, but not this time yet. Their advisor told me my tires are wearing evenly so no need to rotate and I left. From the bare eyes I could see the front ones have lesser thread than the rear ones. What a joke! What happen to lifetime tire rotation?
