Would give negative stars if possible. Do not give your hard earned money to these people. Looks from their yelp reviews they don’t take care of their customers, but what they do with the money after they get it is even more deplorable and inhumane.
Incompetent on basic oil change services. Service tech did not re-attach the engine oil cap on my new 2024 GMC Sierra 2500. After driving 4,000 miles and 2 days through the Teton mountain range, I smelled burning oil and noticed the oil cap was sitting in the extra battery tray. Oil was all over the inside of the engine bay. They offered an apology and a free oil change. The engine is still covered with oil.
Thieves and complacency. Let me start this out with saying I totally get that we need to remove valuables from the truck but I forgot since I quickly dropped off for service when a light came on. I dropped my truck off for a brake service for the day and I accidentally left my bank deposit $1300 for my own restaurant in the flip up middle console. Our precious pet required a trip from Lincoln, Nebraska, to Overland Park, Kansas, for emergent care. Halfway into our journey our check engine light illuminated and there was a noticable decrease in performance. We limped along to our destination and while our pet was being examined we made a service appointment with Cable Dahmer Buick.
