I had called the day before to change my appointment, and got an AI customer service bot. This bot, had old, bad data and it took me a good while to get through to a person. This was upsetting for me as I was already having a day. Once I got through on the phone to Rachelle I wanted to just cancel due to the bot experience, but she was personable and asked that I give them a chance still so my appointment was changed to the next day.
