Always a pleasure to work with Tim in service he’s the best.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I made an appt to repair a tired. Arrived 10 minutes early and told them I would have to leave in an hour and 15 minutes to catch a flight. They didn’t act as if that would be an a problem. Then 10 minutes before I need to leave I checked in. They said they wouldn’t have the repair done in time and I had to leave with ZERO service done and just a waste of time. I won’t be coming back for any future needs. I simple reminder of why I support small shops and not massive dealerships.
I was treated very well and got a very reasonable deal
Every element of my recent service call was exceptional. Ease of scheduling, reminders from the dealer, home pick-up of vehicle. I particularly appreciated being sent a video from the service technician showing their inspection of the major systems of my car and estimating current brake and tire wear. Really top marks in all areas.
