Overall it wasn't to bad; the usual buying car ordeal. However, I do have to say we bought another vehicle @ Reed Jeep on the Kansas side and that experience was TOP NOTCH ~ we were in there maybe 20 minutes tops from picking out, dealing, signing everything... I think all dealerships should be like that; the dragging it out for HOURS is a no bueno! I do want to give a HUGE shoutout to Peris @ Independence dealership ~ she's AMAZING!!!! The crew did a spectacular job. From the service Porters (Tyler and Kenny), Service Advisors (Jaren, Chris, Montana, and Nick), Technicians (Kenzie, Tyler, Dayton, Colby, and Ethan), to the Service Manager (Jeff). I'll say our experience with the sales rep Dre was great, no complaints there. But everything else has been wildly frustrating. Within a week of owning our new to us vehicle, the water pump blew, we found the rear windshield wiper motor was broken, and we had to have the vehicle towed to them to fix. During that time we were told they would also put the protective trim on the doors that couldn't be done the day we purchased because the detailers weren't there.
