had a large commercial project with miles of cable and thousands of fittings. I started the project with one supplier and switched to cable art shortly after. very knowledgeable, fast, and easy to work with.
I purchased cable rail braces and brackets, including 4 braces for my deck stairs. Each stair brace was a different height with a different hole placement. Tom was amazing. He somehow detected an error in my measurements and called me from work on a Saturday to double check the dimensions. He was right, and made the correction on the spot.
