We stayed at the Joni Cabin near Pakenham for 5 nights last week and it was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was clean and comfortable, had everything that we needed and was in a quiet, secluded location. The lane to the cabin was a bit rough and bumpy but our RAV4 had no difficulty. Solar power with a backup generator was more than adequate for our needs and the indoor compostable toilet worked well and was odour free. We would definitely consider going there again.

We stayed in the Woodrush Cabin in Kirkfield. Loved the location, proximity to water, the private fire pit and seating area. The cabin was filled with well thought out amenities to assure a comfortable and peaceful stay! Beautifully built cabin. Thank you for being so communicative and responsive before and during our stay. :)

I stayed here last August and had an amazing experience! The hosts were fantastic and even helped me decorate the place for a birthday surprise. The roof is somewhat transparent, giving the feeling of sleeping under the stars, though the weather wasn’t ideal during my stay. The only downside was that I expected it to be closer to the water, which it wasn’t. Next time, I’d love to book a lakefront cabin if available, though it seems there aren’t any exactly like that. cozy, well kept, clean, quiet, secluded — the cabin was so nice. And the water was gorgeous, clear, deep, and not too cold!
