We stayed in the Woodrush Cabin in Kirkfield. Loved the location, proximity to water, the private fire pit and seating area. The cabin was filled with well thought out amenities to assure a comfortable and peaceful stay! Beautifully built cabin. Thank you for being so communicative and responsive before and during our stay. :)
I stayed here last August and had an amazing experience! The hosts were fantastic and even helped me decorate the place for a birthday surprise. The roof is somewhat transparent, giving the feeling of sleeping under the stars, though the weather wasn’t ideal during my stay. The only downside was that I expected it to be closer to the water, which it wasn’t. Next time, I’d love to book a lakefront cabin if available, though it seems there aren’t any exactly like that. cozy, well kept, clean, quiet, secluded — the cabin was so nice. And the water was gorgeous, clear, deep, and not too cold!
We had an amazing stay at Woodrush on Kirkfield Lake. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Laying in bed watching the Milky Way then waking up for a paddle on the quarry was just what we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape from reality, you won’t regret your stay.
We had such a wonderful stay at Big Rock, a sweet off-grid cabin in Haliburton! My husband, our dog, and I instantly felt at home. We loved the cozy cabin set-up, and the outdoor shower was such a refreshing treat. The location is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful — the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already dreaming about coming back. Thanks cabinscape for this little slice of heaven
