As a retired custom contractor, and my wife a retired scientist, we are both very detailed people. Apparently Brian is as well! The items that he found in our brand new home-to-be, were well above and beyond what I was expecting. His report left me in awe, wondering how he possible found some of these items. Initially Brain was very responsive. He scheduled an inspection date and quoted me a price in a very timely manner. On the day of the inspection Brian never showed up! After multiple attempts to contact him he never responded. I still have yet to hear from him days later. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
I work with many of the best inspectors in the Raleigh-Durham real estate market. Brian was very experienced, professional and thorough. I highly recommend to other agents, buyers and sellers!
This is hands down the best inspection that I have ever received. I am truly in awe of the thoroughness of the inspection. He was extremely quick to respond, and thorough in his response, reasonable in pricing, and a true gentleman. I would recommend him over and over to anyone and everyone. Truly impressed.
If Brian Tedder had inspected our previous home, we likely could have avoided hundreds of dollars worth of repairs the other inspector failed to check. Thanks for such a thorough job!
