Initially Brain was very responsive. He scheduled an inspection date and quoted me a price in a very timely manner. On the day of the inspection Brian never showed up! After multiple attempts to contact him he never responded. I still have yet to hear from him days later. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
I work with many of the best inspectors in the Raleigh-Durham real estate market. Brian was very experienced, professional and thorough. I highly recommend to other agents, buyers and sellers!
This is hands down the best inspection that I have ever received. I am truly in awe of the thoroughness of the inspection.
