Cabins range in size from 1-bedroom to our 18-bedroom Smoky Mountain Mansion in nearby Gatlinburg. Many of our cabins feature hot tubs and/or Jacuzzis, fireplaces, outdoor grills and gourmet kitchens. Just because you're in the mountains doesn't mean you have to rough it. Game Rooms, Home Theaters, Gourmet Kitchens, Hot Tubs, High-Speed Internet, Air Hockey, Pool Tables, Charcoal BBQ Grills, Fitness Center, Electric Fireplaces, Ample Parking, Spectacular Views, and much more!

Horrible experience, roaches in sheets , broken refrigerator, broken microwave broken bed dirty toilets please don’t bring your children here !!!! Pictures in the comments “old papa bear lodge”
RecommendedOur reservations aren’t until next week, but I’ve seen a lot of negative comments and can say for a fact don’t judge by what people say. I expressed concerns and an employee reached out to me immediately to assist in any way possible to make sure our stay is enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!!
I can honestly say that at first it was a rocky start to my vacation but the service we received has been truly wonderful.The serinity cabin is beautiful and wonderful
Irish Mist cabin was probably nice 10+ years ago when it was new. It needs some TLC. It was clean other than the spider webs all of the windows and porches. The pictures were very misleading. Our family of 5 still made the best of it and enjoyed the stay. Be advised there’s no DVD’s there, you get little wash cloths and hand towels, kitchen has no dish cloths, and the bedroom on the main floor is very worn out.
For how much it costs it was pretty dirty and a let down. Started off with getting in to a cabin that was 51 degrees because whoever checked it didn’t turn on the heat for whatever reason. The bed had no comforter, just a thin, old, raggedy fleece blanket that was terrible. The tub was gross, someone’s hair was still on the wall. The leather couches are in desperate need of replacing. See pictures for everything. View was non existent and honestly wish we just booked a regular hotel over this place...
EDIT: I spoke with Cassidy who was part of the management team with Gatlinburg Falls Resort. She did attempt to call me back twice today with a successful ending to our not so happy stay. She was very apologetic and she has stated she would compensate us for our troubles. I’m very happy that she took the time to listen and try to make things right. You couldn't pay me to stay in one of these cabins again. You really need to focus on taking care of your cabins instead of offering these "specials". My family and I planned a trip to one of your cabins, Smoky Bear's Den, we planned many months in advance only to arrive to a cabin that was dirty (inside and out), had water leaking on all 3 floors (that maintenance couldn't fix, that had obviously been ongoing, hence the stains on the carpets and the smell of mold), the hot tub was broken... so many issues, only to be told w... read more
